FabLAB SAFETY
First lesson, We were taught on the safety rules and regulation about being in the lab and getting to know the different types of machines that we are going to be using for this module.
Attire is important for this module, as we have to be in proper attire when entering the lab, Long pants and covered shoes is a must, For guys thier hair must be cut short and for girls thier hair are to be tied up.
If you don't meet the FABLAB attire requirements , you are not allowed to step into the lab as it is for your own safety to prevent injuries or maybe even death. Our lecturer, Mr Steven, Shared some incidents that happened in the FABLAB the past years.
